“Upleos is a project to develop health and tech solutions for the struggling healthcare industry and to facilitate the shift towards prediction and optimization. Our current focus: Time under tension (TuT) is our survey and analytics plug-in developed to quantify an employee’s cognitive strain, as well as other correlated well-being variables. TuT is built on the belief that the loss of revenue occurs within the individual far before a loss of revenue is evident within a company. TuT is available to all businesses who wish to measure and manage company well-being.
