Claudia Deken

Claudia graduated from Team Academy in the summer 2019, she went on to open the first vegan sushi restaurant in Amsterdam: Plant Based Sushi. Claudia, a vegan herself, realized that there was a gap in the market for vegan sushi in Amsterdam as the selection on offer was very limited. She started by hosting regular events over the last year which became increasingly popular, leading to her opening her own restaurant in Amsterdam West this January.

Isabella van de Graaff

Currently in her final year at Team Academy. Isabella has worked on numerous entrepreneurial ventures including event management, a fashion line and, ASIF (Amsterdam Student Investment Fund). Recently her passion for fine jewellery has resulted in Art of Simplicity Jewelry. A line of fine jewelry which focusses on timeless design and unforgettable details.
